How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible with an appropriate image. In line with our 2 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.
Please note courier charges for the return won't be borne by the company.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
