WARRANTY INFORMATION

Depending on the nature of the defect covered under warranty, ARBN sports reserves the right to replace any product/part which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function. If after inspection it is determined that the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there could be a charge to you for the repair.
If your air rifle needs repair, we recommend you take or send it to your nearest ARBN Sports  authorized dealer. Any  disassembly  or modification not performed by  an authorized service station will void the warranty. All warranty work must be done by ARBN Sports or an authorized dealer of the company, and should the air rifle be collected or returned for repair purpose, the transportation charges are to be borne by the customer.

Break Barrel Rifles:

All ARBN Sports Break Barrel air rifles come with 6 months carry in warranty from the date of retail purchase against faulty parts and labor, this applies all break barrel and PCP series and is not transferable.

Some items are not covered under the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Fitting of non-standard parts
  
• Damage as a result of incorrect lubrication or over-lubrication
  
• Damage due to dry-fire, misuse or abuse
  
• Unauthorized repairs/ parts/ modifications
  
• Loss or theft
  
• Damage as a result of incorrect lubrication or over-lubrication
  
• Cocking the rifle without the butt fitted.
  
• Snapping a barrel shut excessively hard, or allowing it to fly up from an open position can cause an upward bent barrel, a cracked stock, and/or a bent cocking lever. This combination of damage always represents customer abused the rifle and is not covered in warranty.
  

PCP(Pre-Charged Pneumatic) Rifles:

All ARBN Sports Break Barrel air rifles come with 6 months carry in warranty from the date of retail purchase against faulty parts and labour, this applies all break barrel and PCP series and is not transferable.

Some items are not covered under the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Fitting of non-standard parts
  
• Damage as a result of incorrect lubrication or over-lubrication
  
• Failure due to misuse or abuse
  
• Unauthorized repairs/ parts/ modifications
  
• Loss or theft
  
• Damage as a result of incorrect lubrication or over-lubrication
  
• Overfilling pressure
  
• Discharging rifle below the minimum specified pressure.
  
• If a pellet is loaded in the rifle, rifle should be fired with the FIRE MODE. This ensures that the pellet leaves the barrel and the next pellet can be loaded. Multiple pellets stuck inside barrel are not covered under warranty.
  

Accessories:

All other accessories from ARBN Sports do not carry any warranty. They can only be claimed for manufacturing defect within 2 days of receipt of product provided, if you have proof of purchase.
